Primary 2 and 3 have made a fantastic start to the new term!
They kicked off their new topic, Once Upon a Time/ Houses and Homes, by enjoying the classic story of The Gingerbread Man.
The children took part in lots of exciting activities this week, including making their own gingerbread men — only to discover that one had mysteriously escaped! This caused great excitement around the school as sightings, photos and emails poured in reporting where he had been spotted after slipping through the school gate. The children had great fun following his adventures and it has been a wonderful way to spark imagination and learning.
We are really looking forward to lots more fun and learning ahead — a great start to Term 2!
