Mrs. Goodwin’s class had a lovely morning visiting The Brantry Bard as part of their bread topic. A huge thank you to Geraldine, Gael, and everyone at The Brantry Bard for giving the children such a warm welcome. The pupils loved watching Geraldine in action as she made traditional soda bread, and they even got the chance to roll up their sleeves and make their own pancakes! 🥞✨
This hands-on experience was a wonderful way to bring tradition to life, and the children enjoyed asking Geraldine lots of brilliant questions about baking. What a fantastic way to learn and celebrate local heritage! 👩🍳🍞
